  • New Standard Terms of Business for voucher partners
    As already announced, significant improvements have been made to the reservation platform and the voucher handling procedure in the course of the restructuring of our voucher system for all our sites. From 1.2.2016 you will be subject to the STB. 

  • The key points of the new arrangements:
    Paperless reservation and ticket collection – the reservation number will replace the voucher for groups – no longer any need to paste barcodes (except for FIT customers)
    Conclusive identification at the time of collection by means of the new guide ID cards
    Invoicing to client (=party making the reservation)
    New cancellation arrangements (free up to 5 hrs before agreed time, thereafter € 50.- cancellation charge / € 100.- no-show charge per group) with reminder function and text message cancellation
    New functions on the reservation platform (overviews, reservation confirmations etc.)
    Conversion will take place at all sites step by step, beginning with Schönbrunn

  •  VAT increase as of 1 May 2016: 
    As part of the fiscal changes, the Austrian government has decided to increase VAT on museum visits from 10% to 13% with effect from 1.5.2016. The SKB will therefore adjust the end-customer price with effect from the start of the new season on 15.3.2016. You will be charged the new voucher prices with effect from 1.5.2016. We enclose the new voucher price lists.
